The NetLib Support Wizard Diagnostic is a utility that will collect information about the NetLib installation and the machine on which it is installed.
If you have a support issue, Tech Support will usually ask you to run the NetLib Support Diagnostic to begin to analyze your issue.
The Support Wizard Diagnostic does not collect any secrutiy information such as passwords, etc.
To generate the Support Wizard output:
- Download www.netlib.com/files/suppwiz.zip to a temporary directory

Expand suppwiz.zip - you will find a program called SupportWizard.exe within it.

Double-click SupportWizard.exe to run it.

When done gathering information, it will ask where to place the output file and will tell you the name of the file when you are done.

Please send the TXT file NetLib-YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.txt ( where YYYY= year, MM = month, DD = day, HH = Hour, MM = Minutes, SS = seconds that the information was gathered)
If you are submitting a Support Request online, please attach the output of the Support Wizard there. Otherwise, please send to the technician who had requested it. |
